Job Description
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join one of the largest listed companies in Hong Kong, as part of their Enterprise Data team. The ideal candidate will excel in performing big data analytics, developing analytics systems, and generating dashboards/visualisations to enhance performance monitoring and decision-making processes. As part of the role, you will be working directly alongside the Enterprise Data Analytics Manager and the Head of Data within the organization.
• Perform big data analytics in the Data Studio, develop analytics systems, and create dashboards/visualisations to support effective performance monitoring and decision-making processes.
• Build, test, and maintain a highly scalable data pipeline to acquire data from various sources.
• Develop data models and identify patterns (e.g., predictive models and machine learning algorithms) to address operational challenges.
• Provide real-time analytics support for incident investigation and recovery.
• Supervise and coordinate with stakeholders on data-related projects.
• Assist in building and deploying Cloud-based services.
• Monitor and maintain server and computer system performance, establish security protocols, and define backup procedures.
• Support the development of standards, policies, and procedures for a data management framework, overseeing data stewardship and ensuring data quality.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting Big Data to enhance operations
• Certifications in AWS or Azure would be highly preferred.
• Self-driven and innovative with strong data analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Database programs, Big Data technologies, and Intelligence solutions is advantageous.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting Big Data to enhance operations. Strong experience with Power BI and Tableau. Experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or Azure Data Lake will be a big advantage. Certifications in AWS or Azure would be highly preferred. Self-driven and innovative with strong data analytical skills. Knowledge of Database programs, Big Data technologies, and Intelligence solutions is advantageous.
